  : I loved the comfort and coziness of the mobile home. It was very clean inside.,I loved having the washer and dryer. I was able to use the dishes to cook several lovely meals. The air conditioning was superb. I felt at home and didn’t want to leave.,
  : There were a few windows with no curtains that made it difficult to have privacy.,I had to use towels and magnets to keep neighbors from looking in,,a few lamps had blown lightbulbs so the light was sparse. The kitchen drawers were broken. So hard to get to utensils. I had to pull one whole drawer out and the glide fell on the floor.

  : I had high expectations after the conversation with the owner when I booked but was bitterly disappointed with the reality.
  : The room was infested with bugs, thousands of them. They claim it was only mayflies but were at least 2 other types of pests. Management was not in the office any day, and I tried 3-5 times a day for 4 days. When we checked in the doorknob fell apart in our hands and wasn't fixed until 4 pm the next day, effectively trapping us there until such time as we could lock the door and walk away. There were no hours posted and no number posted on the door, no way to reach maintenance that we could find. When I booked I called ahead to the 'motel' (and RV and trailer park) and we talked at length about how I was coming for my son's wedding. There was no closet, no clothes bar, not even a hook on the wall to hang my dress. In addition, there was no hot water at all. I wouldn't even use this 'room' for a fishing cabin. When I spoke to the owner she was very disagreeable and accused me of trying to extort her, even called me a liar when I told her maintenance fixed a vacant room, and insisted he had been instructed to, before ours could be fixed (at this point we had been waiting for the lock to be repaired for over 16 hours, unable to leave).I tried to be fair and give them a chance to at least repair things for the next guest before I left a review. I didn't call her personally until we had returned from our travels, and she also took issue with that, saying that it had been too long (9 days). I didn't want to deal with the whole terrible experience from the road while driving back to Arizona, so I waited until I got back. After all, I had tried to reach them no less than a dozen times during our stay, and we couldn't check out, no one was in the office! There was not even a courtesy call to see if our room was satisfactory; we had checked in 'after hours' and had picked up our key from a drop box. No one cares here, management is rude, maintenance is terribly understaffed, and the room was bug-infested.

  : Location was convenient for everything we wanted to do, and it’s the cleanest place we’ve stayed in a long time! It’s no secret that it’s an older motel, but updates have been made, staff were friendly, room was comfortable, and we have no complaints! Room was cleaned during our stay, which we didn’t expect, so we had left it messy & felt badly for housekeeping who came & straightened up!
  : No complaints for what’s there, just be warned that there was only a shower & bathroom was small. Again - this isn’t something that needs to be changed, just don’t expect a big bathroom & tub if you’re traveling with little ones!

  : We absolutely enjoyed our stay, it was neat the beds and pillows were so comfortable
  : The only thing I found odd was for how clean the room was, the two chairs in our room were so stained and just a bit unsightly but it's not like we were sitting in them or anything
