  : Pretty much everything! The house and the rooms were beautifully furnished and it was also very comfortable and clean.It was close enough to the station and to the town and marina that we could walk.Rebecca was really lovely and had great recommendations of things to do in the area and places to eat.Our only caveat was that the breakfast was pretty basic and for the price it could be a bit more interesting. Even if the owners want to keep it buffet/help yourselves style there could be batter and a waffle maker or a hot plate and eggs it would be nice to have a savoury option as the pastries were a little too sweet for us.

  : It was a continental breakfast but there was lots of choice available on a self-service basis. Cold and hot cereal, yogurt, variety of breads for toast, coffee, variety of teas, juice, milk and fresh fruit. The kitchen is part of a common room which was comfortable well appointed. They have a hot tub outside which was a lovely thing to take advantage of.
  : Our room was small so not a lot of room to move around but the common room was just outside our bedroom so very easy to relax, read and have a snack.

  : Rebecca was a lovely hostess and happily shared her home's history, which we loved. We appreciate the effort to keep the home's 1850 charm. She was also helpful with recommendations for restaurants and activities in town. Our room was pretty and clean and very comfortable. I wish we could have stayed longer and made use of the hot tub-we just ran out of time.
  : The continental breakfast was very nice and included fresh baked goods. I wouldn't call it a negative. I do prefer a hot breakfast while staying at B&B's. It was the only thing that gave me pause when booking, but there were no surprises. It was exactly as described and met every expectation.

  : Room was very pretty, lovely bathroom with claw footed tub. Clean and cozy. Centrally located.
  : A bit of noise from traffic, but nothing overly concerning.

  : Too pricey for what it was. Close quarters with other guests. Could not use the beautiful front porch as it shows in ads. No good outside space to use.
