  : Staff was courteous, polite, and professional, and still down to earth - spoke like people - not programmed robots as so many corporate businesses seem to require.
  : 1) My toilet seat was hanging on by a thread. I reported this to staff. Staff said it would be fixed soon - it never was.2) Ice Ice Baby.....The Ice Machines were not all functioning, this left the entire hotel to only one ice machine. This was ridiculous and should be humiliating for any hotel owner, and embarrassing to the corporation. Any sensible person is aware there are 24 hour A/C / Refrigeration repair companies to fix this in nearly 100 degree weather. This should make the owner ashamed and Days Inn should penalize the ownership for tarnishing the corporate brand.3)The steam room was not functioning; but in hot weather, with non functioning ice machines this advertised amenity not functioning was not as relevant; but it could have been.

  : Bed was good, bathroom appeared to be recently renovated, overall clean, pool was nice.
  : Light from hall shinned in room all night in spite of closed curtain, bed cover was almost as thin as bed sheet.
