Peacefully set just 80 metres from a sandy beach in Dionysiou Paralia Village the family-run Apartments Dimitra offers air-conditioned accommodation with a furnished balcony. A variety of taverns and café-bars are situated along the beach. Each apartment includes a separate kitchenette with a fridge kitchenware a kettle and cooking hobs for the preparation of light meals. : The location is great, about 100-150 m away from the beach, and close to the center of the village. A bakery just across the street, restaurants, tavernas and beach bars very close to the location. The 2-bedroom apartment we booked, with a view to the street, could accommodate 4 people.. There is one kitchen (stove, fridge, oven, kettle, cutlery, pan and pot) with a table for 4, and one bathroom with a shower. Toiletries, towels and linen provided. Each bedroom has a terrace (one small, one bigger). Barbeque available at the location. Public parking available in front of the building, on the street (however, in peak season finding a slot nearby could be a problem).. As for the beach, there are some beach bars were you can get sunbeds and umbrellas if you order from the bar ( a minimum order may be required, but no additional cost for sunbeds). Two shops nearby where you can buy food, drinks, beach equipment etc, but a LIDL and a Masoutis about 4-5 km aways, to Nea Moudania. But what really made our staying even better was the kindness of four hosts, who did their best to please their guests. This always adds to good memories :).

: The hosts are excellent, very friendly and responsive. Jelena speaks both English and Serbian. The facility is relatively old, but the apartment is very comfortable which includes two bedrooms, one with a double bed and one with two separate beds. Also, the kitchen is well equipped with a big refrigerator and stove, so there is enough room for decent meals to be served. If you love to cook, the host will allow you to take some herbs such as basil, mint or rosemary from their garden. The bathroom is tiny, but you will get used to the small space. There is a boiler to complement the solar system of hot water, which is not often the case in Greece. The facility is clean, sheets and towels, too. There is a bakery across the street, but they are a bit noisy early in the morning. If you plan to go on the beach out of the beach bars, the host will provide you with beach chairs and even sun umbrellas, all for free. Two bicycles are at the disposal of the guests, as well. All in all is recommended!
