  : The room was excellent (room 007) with a little patio and good size bathroom. To enter throuht the gate was like getting into paradise garden - so nice. Great underground parking.
  : A few small things. The breakfast was nothing special. There should be muesli without chocolate bits in. The pancakes were cold. We were told that there was possibility of a la carte breakfast but this was not offered. The coffee was really too bad. The area outside the resort was totally uninteresting. In the hotel restaurant the waiters should be told to relax and not say "I am sorry" the whole time. It was not good value for money.

  : Great hotel and facilities are amazing for this price point! We were blown away by the size of our room, which also had a balcony. The hotel is very modern and contemporary. It was great to also have a shuttle to drop you at train stations and pick you up. Staff went above and beyond when there was a mix up for our arrival pick up.The location is also good as you're not too far from Naples and about an hour from Sorrento and there are frequent train services either way.Ask for directions to the popular attractions at reception (do not rely on Google!) they were super helpful in helping us navigate our way.
  : Breakfast options felt a bit limited, but all in all, it's not bad. This may be because it was off-peak season.We got charged full price for our airport pick-up service even though the driver was late and we had already started making our way to the hotel (so had incurred extra cost). The reception staff ensured we still got picked up, though, and we were grateful for that, but it wasn't a great start to our holiday (which we still enjoyed regardless!)

  : The location was fantastic. I loved the area and the atmosphere. Check in/out were very smooth. The room was spacious and comfortable, and the mini bar offered a nice selection. The breakfast was also enjoyable, served on the terrace with a great view. The staff were friendly and attentive, adding to the overall positive experience. It was a delightful stay, and I look forward to visiting again in the future

  : It's a beautiful hotel only 4 years old. The decor and in-room bathroom toiletries were gorgeous, no-one could tell us what the scent was so now we are on a mission to find out. The shuttle service was fantastic. All staff we interacted with were professional and friendly with a huge shout out to Paulo in reception working the night shifts. You know how much we loved our chats and all your help and patience. Thank you!! You were wonderful as was our main driver who couldn't speak English but we had a laugh using Google translate. Just wonderful people. I loved the whatsapp concept. It made it so easy and fast to speak to the hotel. It was efficient and very innovative.
  : Breakfast options were small and not many veggie options which was a shame. What was available was very tasty but there wasn't much so whilst we paid for breakfast we only had it once as we left hungry. Pillows were soft and lumpy. Shower was very small. We didn't have slippers or a sewing kit in the bathroom which we could see were available in the cleaning trolley, but reception fixed this as soon as we mentioned it. It wasn't immediately clear that the small pots of biscuits and nuts next to the kettle had a charge. Other hotels we have stayed at have given these as complimentary so it was a shock when we were told there is a stand (which is tiny and made of see through plastic) with a QR code you scan. These should be kept completely separate and there should be a proper sign or price list somewhere. It was deceiving!
