  : Check in was flawless. The manager was terrific in how he handled a concern. Since the kitchen was closed they directed us to some nearby restaurants.
  : Normally you can have dinner there and that's why we picked this hotel, but they had a water leak that day, so the kitchen was shut. Fortunately we hadn't turned in our car so we were able to go to a nearby restaurant that the front desk suggested. Breakfast was served, but I was disappointed that it was the typical buffet. Normaly they cook your order. The hotel is about to have an upgrade, thank goodness. Probably should have happened a year ago. Plugs in the room didn't work, furniture had stains, but the bed was comfortable. I would probably not use this particular Hilton hotel again.

  : Conveniently located in walking distance of the airport, yet they have a shuttle that can also bring you to and from the airport. The room was clean and comfortable. Staff was helpful, friendly and professional.
  : The hotel was getting a new roof all over. Although we were on the second level out of three, the hammering was still very loud. Worried about nails falling in the pathway of cars on the move through the parking lot and under the port-a-cove. Apparently, the hotel was unable to serve meal items from their in-house restaurant, due to fire-sprinklers going off the night before.

  : We were given room that was a "hike" from the elevators although the hotel did not seem full-seems to me they could have done better with thatThe air conditioner was not working, we tried unsuccessfully to get it going for a couple of hours then called maintenance. Although they were quick to respond the gentleman had to return twice to fix it - armed with "batteries and scoth tape" for the thermostat-not what one would expect in a $250/night hotel. In addition, the thermostat stopped working during the night which made for a horrible night sleep!!!!!!!
