  : Room was okay since it did have a microwave and refrigerator. The AC was working okay too. Since this is in downtown Portland so it's parking was not good. When we came back to hotel in midnight there was no spot left so I called the owner of the hotel and the guy moved his car to give me the spot I guess parking isn't enough for all the rooms.
  : Mostly likely parking since it didn't have enough spaces for all the rooms. Some people were still smocking outside the room which was not okay at all.

  : Took this hotel for one night, just to stay overnight. The hotel lives up to its price. The staff is friendly and polite. The linens were clean, beds were comfortable. The soap products were there. The motel itself is quiet.
  : On a separate note, I would like to warn you that the building itself and everything inside is very old. The microwave was dirty. The carpeting is old and shabby. The ceiling was smudged, and the walls were shabby. There were only 2 towels and no toilet paper in the room for 4 people. In the evening, we took a shower, and by morning, the floor was not dry, although there was ventilation in the bathroom. The floor from the bathtub to the hallway was at an incline, so the water ran into the hallway. The motel itself is quiet, but the neighborhood is hectic. There were homeless tents a block away from the motel. At night, unexplained noises: either fighting or partying. Didn't feel safe.

  : Unfortunately, our stay was not as expected. Nothing to rave about.
  : We booked a King size bed and got a Queen. When I called to ask about it the only other king available didn’t have a working tv. When I asked about a discount.. they said they would get back to me after speaking to the owner, but did not. We also had no face towels in our room and the furniture was in extremely poor condition. No hardware on cabinets and no light bulb in lamp by desk. And lastly they were paving the parking lot but had no communication about this on the booking site. We had to park our work truck on the street with all of our tools and equipment. We will not be back to this property.

  : Located off track from other hotels in area… located in older part of Portland… no convenient places to eat like a Mcdonalds
