  : The room was tiny. Very little space to put anything and the air conditioner wasn’t the greatest but it ended up being okay.

  : Lobby is nice, rooms are decent.
  : We arrived at 2:30 am after a long flight. We were told that we would not be able to check in for 15 minutes because the system was being “audited”. Front office agent was completely unapologetic. Didn’t end up checking in until 3 am. Second day we called and asked for towels which never showed up. On checkout day we went to the elevator. We were staying on 12th floor. Elevator was stuck and people were stuck in the elevator. Curious because elevator had been making weird sounds since the day we got in. Anyways, we had 4 bags and were told someone would come help us bring them down. Someone came after 15 minutes, apologized for the inconvenience and didn’t assist in bringing any of our bags down. My wife and I had to carry all of our heavy bags down 12 flights of stairs. I understand there may be issues that unexpectedly arise, however, you should be prepared to offer your guests a solution when things go awry. Will most definitely not be coming back here. I would stay clear if I were you. I have stayed at Moxy in NYC, Nashville, Denver and Miami and have typically had excellent experiences. I asked for a manager to call me to discuss the issues. Never received a call.

  : It was a small box. No walking around room at all. The bed took up all space in the room. No place to put luggage. I did not stay at the hotel.
