: Adequately furnished with plenty of towels and a well maintained though small pool. Surrounding gardens well maintained with plenty of flowers.
: Location not wonderful. On an unmade road and very difficult to find. The host should provide better instructions on the website or when guests book. Poor and slow internet connection. A windy spot on an exposed hillside. Port Heli not a particularly attractive town. Local beaches not great.

: They mention two bathrooms, while in fact there was only one bathroom with toilet and a toilet downstairs. The barbeque was only allowed to use after approval. Maybe not a bad idea to mention this because it could mean you cannot use it during your stay. For us this was a big plus to choose this house.The biggest issue of our stay was the bedroom. Two bedrooms are mentioned. We were with two couples and two small kids. This was close to impossible since there is simply not enough space in the second bedroom to facilitate a small bed for a kid of 2 years. One bedroom very nice and perfect the other one nice for two bigger kids for example. This made us question why it is possible to book for these amount of people.For us the price in combination of these items above makes it that we don't give it the best rating.Staff was nice and helpful, it was clean but not worth the price. We wouldn't go back.

: The cleaning of the pool The apartment is good size for 3 people , but I can not see how 4 people could sleep as the one bedroom has its 2 single beds in a position very uncomfortable for anyone to sleep.

: Excellent Villa in a very quiet part of Porto Heli. The Villa was very comfortable and had all the comforts of home. The hosts provided some great advice on local beaches, restaurants and places to visit - Spetses and Ydra.
: Not much - although the split level of the Villa made it a little more challenging at times.
