  : fairly priced. Close proximity to the train station.
  : Creaking noises when the upstairs tenants walked in their hallways. The house was renovated but the loose floors were not addressed properly.

  : The appartment is close to Companha station, therefore it is good location for those who care of quick access to transportation. Lidl shop is quite close. The appartment small but bright and clean.
  : Despite clean environment and strictly described rules of silence we got noicy neighbours. We stayed during weekend. Therefore the entire house with rented appointments was full of guys young and middle age who apparently came to Porto for parties and enjoyed their time in full speed. They were noisy late in the evening and early morning, smoking, showting through open doors and windows. Quite a bohemic atmosphere...

  : + Location is fairly convenient with good public transport possibilities close by.+ The no key/code system is awesome. We arrived late and it made arriving to the apartment (despite being outside check-in hours) smooth+ Nice touch with the information folder/tips on where to eat/what to see+ The apartment itself was nice and clean+ Price at the time of our booking was highly competitive
  : - We were asked to leave tourist tax in cash on the table. We wish that had been included in our booking- We read that we needed to take out trash upon checking out, but not where we could have taken it. Maybe that would have been explained if we had checked in in person (which we did not)- The apartment was nice but not exactly like on the photos (there is one photo of the kitchen/open living room), but not of the rest of the apartment. The top floor apartment does not have that much natural light/windows (there is two roof windows but a bit too awkward to open- The sofabed was on the worn side, so the apartment we stayed at was better suited for a couple- It was overall a good stay at the apartment, it served as a good base (we had a short stay and did not spend that much time at the apartment), but Im not sure we would stay there again.
