  : - Clean room in general, nice decor - Good instructions for flexible self check-in
  : These negative comments are regarding that the room was charged at 84 eur/night. I would rate it leniently if the room was at 30eur/night - First night there was no hot shower water, after our check-in. After complaining, the next two nights the water was extremely hot! It didn't matter if we turned the tub right or left, the water temperature remained the same. A bit rude reply when we complained about the water temperature saying that 'Other guests did not report anything' , 'maybe we did not know how to turn hot water on(!)' and 'please, dont send us more messages'. Not really customer friendly to respond to this way... - No service cleaning, I had to ask them to remove the bin and change our towels the last day. Isnt suppose to be the cleaning service included for that price????! - The duvet was torn (see picture). - Wifi was slow as hell! Could not even browse a page... - Small and uncomfortable bed, small pillows(!) - The location, even though it is next to the metro, it is far 40min walking distance from the main city centre. - Poor sound isolation. You could hear the next room people talking like they are on the same room with you... - Also picture did not match the room. The room was different than the one they gave us .... I would choose something more central in that price and most possibly a hotel

  : I liked pretty much everything, but mostly the bed- I was sleeping like a baby))))plus it's close enough to the centre, around 30 minutes took me to reach by walk. I recommend doing the same to everyone, so you can see the city.
  : It's not a fault of guest house, just some neighbours feel themselves so comfortable,that let themselves talk loud in a halfway and with open room doors)
