  : Location and free parking in the building
  : The apartment was dirty. I actually had to clean it myself, as the management only provided a solution to clean the room after we already settled in.There was an ant infestation. The remote controls were covered with dust and grease stains.Several places with dust (not cleaned). The dining table was totally dirty in the joints.Two windows out of three not working well, and with danger if getting loose and fall over someone.The bathroom has a water leak and it's not from using the shower (is from the toilet).The shower floor was slippery due to bad cleaning (it got better after showering - the foam from the shower gel helped on this).The sofa has a broken foot stand. Tried to fix it, just to be able to use the sofa with some stability.Basic stuff as cleaning products are not available, so we were trapped in a dirty apartment only with dish detergent to clean it.Only two coffee capsules for a two night stay. Four single use sugar packets only...The promotional price of ~70eur per night turned out to be a very bad deal, because all the service basics seem to have been removed. Cleaning, kitchen and cleaning basics, are the least expected. And everything working in the apartment without malfunctions due to lack of maintenance.The pillows and the mattress have yellow stains all over.Too bad to be true.As a compensation, they agreed on a late check out, as it was an original request of mine that the management did not replied. Neither yes, or no. Only after my claims about the ants and the dirtyness, they agreed on the late check out when i wanted

  : The appartment was fantastic. It was spacious, the kitchen had all we needed. The bed was comfortabel, and the bathroom too. It was clean. There was a laundry machine and an ironing board. It was close to the city center (about 10minute walk).

  : Location is very good. It is very close to the Faculty of Pharmacy and Palacio de Cristal. It has all amenities as mentioned in the booking page. Bathroom is good. We were able to reach the management for our questions whenever we needed.
  : It is a little bit small especially the bed area. Difficult to get in and out of the bed. There was an unpleasant smell in the building and in the apartment. Bed sheets were very clean however there was smell coming from the mattress. When we checked under the sheets, the mattress looked very old and dirty. It would be great to replace it with a new one.
