  : Description of the hotel is quite accurate. Very nice breakfast for Italian standards - there were pastries, bread, one type of fruit, one type of cheese and ham, butter, nutella, jams, honey, cereal, iogurt, juices, coffe and such. The hostess Filomena is very nice and helpful. Location is about 6km from Portoferraio, on the other side of the bay, which gives the hotel a nice view of the city. Very quiet place. The rooms can be individual/separate "houses" (smaller rooms but more privacy) or geminated/town homes (bigger rooms but closer to other rooms). There is room cleaning every day and towels are changed every 3 days. Comfortable beds.
  : We stayed in the smaller "separated" rooms - the disadvantage was that the bathroom shower was a bit small. Nevertheless we had a great stay!

  : Water was running good. Clean sheets and regularly changed towels. View.
  : There was a very bad smell of sewerage all over the property. Breakfast was very poor and the only one good coffee had to be maid by staff member and was always very late and cold. There were standing on the paths all the time big laundry bags, where cleaning crew was putting dirty towels. The property has private beach but its not really usable. The trash bins they had for guests on parking lot were very tiny therefore always full. All the paths led around the property were very broken (basically just dug trails in the forest, making your shoes dirty, respectively your room too) and needed to take care of.

  : The view from our bungalow was amazing. It was so interesting to watch the ferries come and go. Sitting outside and watching the beautiful sunset was memorable.
  : Eventhough the location was unique, getting to the hotel via public transport was difficult. The buses didnt run very often and it was difficult to understand the bus timetable. It would be good if the hotel could offer a pick up/drop off service.
