: Everything was clean and in good condition. The view from the rooms was great. The terrace was great. There are a lot of steps to take while getting there, but it was a bonus, as we burned all the calories from pizza, pasta and aperol :)
: It was a bit hard to find the place the first time, but the host was very responsive and helped us.

: The property itself was lovely and spacious. The view was gorgeous.
: The communication with the rental company was needlessly difficult. We booked porters & specific grocery purchases weeks ahead of time, but when we arrived, the person who checked us in was clueless. He didnt help us with our bags. He said he didnt know anything about our request for a porter service & said he had back issues. Our mother struggled mightily with her suitcase as a result. He asked us what groceries we needed when we had already specified a package & some modifications - again, weeks ahead of time. We received groceries slightly different that what we requested. We notified them of this, and were told our items would arrive within an hour, but they never did. The kitchen did not have any dishwasher soap, and only one of the bathrooms had hand soap.Our taxi driver booked via Amore rentals was friendly, but confusion ensued when he told us in broken English that he was dropping off our baggage in Sorrento. Instead we told him to please drop us off at the property which is what caused a lot of the confusion. He told us to relax. Fair enough, but this was a departure from our plan- we wanted to stop in Sorrento because the property not yet available for check in. Instead we arrived at the property early before it had been cleaned, & Alessandro did not explain much (lights, WiFi). Amore was responsive when we found that 1 of the bathrooms smelled like sewage. They sent a plumber, but it still smelled awful. They came again the next day and finally it was fixed. We were grateful for their responsiveness, but two days out of our stay we had to use one bathroom. It was inconvenient as we were getting ready for a wedding. Finally, some special gluten free foods & specialty tea disappeared from the kitchen counter. These are not big ticket items, so we were puzzled as to why anyone would want them, or throw them away. But to a celiac traveling in Italy, those special bars were a lifeline.
