  : It was perfectly located, close to the main Market square and most of the things one wants to see in Weimar. It was clean, roomy, furnished with antiques that gives one the atmosphere you want when visiting an historic place. Loved the high ceilings and wall to wall windows, luxury curtains, and the bed was comfy. Staff was helpful and friendly, check in was easy as the Familien Hotel where you pick up the keys, is close by the apartment. Lots of restaurants nearby. Great vibe to the accommodations to match the old city. There is a washing machine on the ground floor but no dryer, just a clothes rack, which was fine for me as I did my laundry on the first night and it. had time to dry before I left.
  : I thought I might find a grocery store nearby so I could do a few meals in the kitchen but although I walked round most of the old town streets I did not find one. But it was handy having the fridge to put drinks and fruit in and sometimes leftovers from restaurant meals. I could have asked staff where to shop but in the end there were too many great places to eat (indoors and out) at, that I was not inclined to cook anyway. But the kitchen had everything one would need, if you did want to cook.

  : Checkin was late as they didnt finish cleaning even notifying them earlier.

  : The location and the staff. The associated restaurant in the attached building offers breakfast but hotel guests should be advised to book tables because it gets very busy and is run by a different company.
  : Very tired hotel building, the pillows were lumpy in all our rooms, towels and linen were clean but damaged. Furniture was tired and damaged. Curtains didnt close properly, neither did the two panel glazed windows and balcony doors, large gaps under bedroom doors let in light from the corridor all night.
