  : Do not book this hotel, the hotel is lying, the price is misleading, at the end you will be charged much more than you confirm upon booking. Unfortunately I didn't read the previous review with the same issue otherwise I would have never booked this hotel!!!! The price you confirm when booking the hotel is in EUR only, there is no mention of the value in Czech Crowns. When you book the hotel, there is no mention of any exchange rate whatsoever. Only after you make the reservation, you get an email with a note, that the exchange rate will be applied at the date of payment. Still you have no idea what the value of Czech Crowns is and no idea about which exchange rate was used. The hotel was booked with the final price 475,83 EUR. The following day the hotel charged my credit card with the amount 509,45 EUR. 33,62 EUR difference! Such a change in the exchange rate from one day to another? This is almost an 8% difference! And on top of it you have no clue how it was calculated. You are completely mislead and lied to. And then you try to solve this via Booking, they ignore your complaints and leave it with the excuse of an "exchange rate difference" and are not willing to support and solve this. Until now I considered Booking as a reliable and serious provider. Not anymore! Don't make the same mistake and don't book this hotel!!!!!!!!!!!!

  : The bedroom wall was covered in thick black mold, the door frame was falling apart, the smell of mold was so bad we had to hold our breath and couldnt even sleep in that bedroom or use the adjoining bathroom.
