  : The Hotel is a little out of the city centre but readily accessible by several trams that go past the Hotel. Martin, at Reception, was more than helpful. He was kind and understanding and helpful. The world needs more people like Martin! The hotel is by the river so there is a cool breeze most of the time. The room was clean and ticked values like "sanitary" and "well cared for".
  : I suspect the room would be hot during summer as there was no air-conditioning. The window could be opened to provide fresh air but the fresh, cool air was accompanied by traffic noise at certain hours of the day. The room seems to be large but it was a little cramped because of suitcases for two people. I mean 2 x 23 Kg suitcases and 2 x 10 Kg cabin cases, plus old-fashioned cameras and and lap top computers. The table and chair was needed for our computers so the luggage was on the floor. This type of constricted space is simply one of the typical situations that travellers encounter everywhere but the luggage on the floor could cause people to trip and fall. The room would have been a Palace for one person so I don't want to be critical because I was travelling with a friend.

  : small but the elevator works, friendly staffs, near by the tram station, riverside, clean place, flexible check in time with lobby for the waiting area, a mini fan
  : bad drain smell in bathroom, no provided water

  : Clean room with adequate space for my needs. Although not included in the room, an electric water boiler for tea/coffee was provided to me, which was very convenient. During my stay, I had to be at the Faculty of Law (at the city centre) every day and the total duration from my room was never more than 25 minutes (the very frequent - every 3-4 minutes - tram 17 passing outside of the hotel was super!)
  : My room was on the side of the road and I had to close the windows to avoid the traffic noise. I suppose that the rooms on the other side (looking at the river) are more relaxing and less noisy.

  : It was completely clean. Confortable beds
  : There was no small fridge in the room, no hair dryer, no water boiler, no bed equipment for 2 people at first, only for 1 person. The location was way more far from the center of the city that what I thought. We wanted to ask where we can get a water at the night and there was just one staff which did not know a word of english and was getting angry that we were asking in english!
