  : Spacious, clean, not too far from the city, train and bus station and other activities
  : Honestly, I was going to give higher points but on the last day, we encountered a passive aggressive reception staff who was quite rude and displayed a disgust demeanor towards us. I politely asked her if I could charge my phone and she lied that they had no charging ports yet I could see multiple switches so I pointed this out and she then annoyingly towards me, allowed me to go ahead. But she was totally disgusted for no reason. I am not one to think there could be racial aggressions but because there was no other reason she would have been mad since we were polite we wondered whether it was some sort of discrimination rant.   : The bed was nice and comfy. The breakfast was also good:))
  : There was no shower gel nor shampoo. We asjed downstairs and said that our showergel is left completely empy, they did not have anything to replace it with so we had to buy our own.The bathroom door was a sliding door and you could not close it fully. It was open on sides. When in bed, I could hear the elevator going up and down, which was annoying.

  : Staff was very rude, the room was dirty / toilet broken, it was very warm in the room no AC and we were on the top floor so we had to have the window open so I couldnt sleep properly with the noise of people sitting on the balcony next door.

  : From previous reviews, issues described are repeatedly appearing for almost two years (search for "002", "001", "ground floor", "60Hz" + issues with AC and hot water). We had a chance to see 4 rooms in 3 nights (unfortunately). 002: you will not find this room in pictures. Room is on the ground floor next to entrance and stairs - you will hear people walking. Below the room in basement there is AC unit+boiler room causing monotonous noise and vibration of the floor. Moreover, you can actually hear metro (yes!) from below the hotel arriving at the station. Also, windows overlook parking lot in a distance that you could enter the car directly. From shower you can hear water running from upper floors down the pipes due to open drain. Room is inappropriate (see also review of Yavor by searching ground floor). Reception told us that they are full and cant help us with other room. After urging and mentioning change of hotel if no other room is available, we were given room (401) for one night. Next morning we were moved to 001, ground floor opposite to 002 (so same issues). When asked new receptionist if they got the information from day before, we were told itll be fine as they never had complaints about it before and guy who just moved out also did not complain, repeating that they are booked out. When moved in, the noise and vibration from basement were immediately observable+windows were overlooking the smoking area, so you hear people chatting just behind the window. We mentioned it to the receptionist, emphasizing issue with noise from below, and they called repairman in Russian/Ukrainian language, mentioned among other again 001 (yes, guests can also speak multiple languages).
  : Receptionist attitude was dismissive (saying to repairman that they dont understand the problem, dont want to listen to it, just that he should solve it). We came back at midnight, the noise was audible, but couldnt tell whether AC unit is on again, or just sounds became more noticeable during night. There is no reception after 10pm, so we just accepted fate. Surprisingly, we noticed a hole in bed, we thought its two mattresses not sticking to each other, but later we found one of them is broken. Night itself was terrible and since early morning there were metro sounds+people coming to smoke and talk behind our windows (mainly Russian/Ukrainian speaking, so I assume that it was staff mostly) and we were not able to sleep anymore. Again, the same scenario new receptionist, but immediately offered other room for the last night (501), just had to wait until 12pm. The room was finally one we actually saw on pictures before when booking standard, even though on website its shown as superior type. Things could be mentioned about the room, but compared to rest it was fine. Cherry on top: staff at breakfast room asked us before we checked out if its our last night there because they dont like that we come for breakfast late (7-11 breakfast time, we always came around 10:45, loaded our plates and didnt prevent them from cleaning). We wished to come earlier just that we had other things to solve every morning. Giving 1/10 even if we slept two nights in suitable rooms, score reflects how we felt about our stay+hotel's attitude. We didn't feel understood, rather it seemed as if the staff was already briefed for this. Sometimes compassionate behavior, admitting mistake, offering alternatives proactively or doing extrastep to show that you care about guests is enough. They decided to give it a miss. Ground floor rooms are inadequate. For the same money you can find more customer-oriented hotel even on the same street.

  : Location, it was close to the subway.
  : First day when we have arrived after a long trip and wanted to take a shower before heading to the city, there was no hot water in the hotel. We had to warm the water with the heater for the coffe. It was so bad experience.Second day, after we spent some great time in the city and came back to the hotel around 10pm, guess what - no hot water again.The owner did not answer his phone, staff left the hotel at 10:30 (end of the shift) and again we have beem left with cold water to shower.There are many nice hotels in Prague in this prave range where you can get basic life conditions - hot water, come on, its 21st century...Dissapointing.

  : This room was very spacious and the beds were comfortable. I really like the big pillows.
  : The noise you can hear from the corridors inside the hotel. The shower head was not fitting in the wall, I think it was broken and it wasnt very clean. You could see fingerprints in the bathroom, limescale and dust.The aircon in that specific room (loft) didnt have a remote control to regulate temperature.So it was all the time very hot inside the room.
