  : Fast check-in and check-out, nice varieties of food for breakfast, friendly staff who were at the front desk - especially Vladimir, the quiet neighborhood where the hotel is located and the location of the hotel in general, easy access to tram, metro, nice restaurants, bars and bistros nearby.
  : As a person who works in hospitality and tourism, I haven`t been in a hotel that is rated 4 stars but has unclean rooms, marks of burned carpet on a couple of spots, and the towels that we had were extremely overused (I would even compare it to a "sandpaper" for wood) and on the sides, threads were hanging out from the towel. Also, I could not understand the policy of the hotel, that we had a mini bar which was empty, and if you would like to have water you will need to go down to the front desk to grab some and put it in the minibar. There was no AC in the room and no central ventilation, just a simple fan. The food at breakfast was nice but the area or should I say rooms, where the breakfast is served, are pretty small, we tried all the possible timings to go on breakfast (7 am, 8 am, 9 am) but it`s always full of people and extremely noisy since there are small rooms, low ceiling, and no music. Worth a mention is the staff in the improvised restaurant who were very unfriendly when my wife asked for gluten-free bread they showed a pretty nasty attitude, and after 40 minutes when we were done eating they brought a couple of slices of gluten-free bread, but when we asked for it the next day, unfortunately, the lady was not speaking English and we ended up giving up on that. However, I did not expect this kind of service from a 4-star hotel.

  : Room locality tragedy, next to main street, 2nd floor. I think this is one of the worst rooms in the hotel. Windows was like 50years old without any noise supression, so i cannot sleep. There was hot in the room without Air-Con.

  : Good location, close to the metro. 15 min walk to the main railway station. We took a family room, it was spacious and clean. Breakfast was good.
  : The hotel is in an historic building, that why there are some unexpected stairs.
