  : We booked 4 rooms for our staff in January. We organized a huge national event in the surrounding area, and we suggested this hotel to all of the out of town attendees. When arriving to check in we discovered that the property had been sold, and none of the reservations were honored. It was a first come, first serve when these guests arrived. The "owner" didn't know what to do with all these guests and, thank goodness, had a friend helping who knew some about checking folks in. They ran out of rooms, offering a "jacuzzi" room for double the price to one of our attendees. The owner was not willing to offer any discount on the only available room for someone who made a reservation months prior who stood in their lobby with no room. Finally, a small discount was given, and room booked. **Rooms labeled as non-smoking reeked of cigarette smoke. Several of the attendees reported rooms needing repair and noted insects.Thank goodness there were rooms in Annawan available. Much nicer and just slightly higher in cost.

  : The lobby smelled of smoke. Our room smelled wet/musty and when air conditioner was turned on it gave off a smell. Huge dust bunnys everywhere. The bathroom was filthy with yellow something dripping/dried on the walls, brown stain next to the toilet paper holder.. also a used towel hung up (was not ours). We did not feel clean sleeping there so we left early.

  : Nothing, it is dated and dirty and did not have a safe vibe especially for a woman travelling alone.
  : No towels in the room, tremendously over perfumed air fresheners in lobby horrific over powering food smell on 2nd floor, bed was hard, carpeting was dirty it is endless list of disappointments- I left 20 minutes after checking in - no refund
