  : Really quirky place to stay in the heart of Procida! This place is really good value. Spacious rooms with lovely bathroom. No outdoor area or views with room, which is a downside, but we didn't spend much time indoors anyway as there's plenty of nice beaches etc. to explore in Procida. Really lovely and helpful staff who gave us lots of great recommendations to explore the beautiful island.

  : Overpriced, not entirely clean, no respect of privacy, lack of respect for guest.1. Check in. It is stated 12 to 13. Two days before got message about check-in 8 to 13. When got there before 11, was told room was still no ready and had to be back at 12.2. First night. I woke up with antes in my bed. I reported this later in the day. I was not offered any alternative, for example another room or place neither they did something to rectify the issue. I had to arrange my sleep somewhere else within the accommodation for the next two nights.3. I asked to do not change or my bed every day as well as the towel, on my first day (I did not know about antes in the room) as a responsible tourist on the island I did not think it was so necessary this cleaners. I found then out, staff was in and out of my room when I was not there and I think no respect of privacy when I asked.4. Was accused of breaking a door of balcony, which I didn't. I have been told only that I did break it however I was not shown anything: not the part I broke according to the staff or not shown that the door could not be closed. I was not sure it was actually broken. I was asked no to touch it and I followed advise and was left open. When I returned back from dinner, door was closed with a note . On my last afternoon, the owner of the accommodation was really upset as she accused me to have broken the door, she called me a very impolite person and I felt shaked and intimidated when she sayed that she was a layer and I should have been careful.5. Finally, on the last day I had to beg to get some air conditioning as it felt like 30 degrees at 10am as the staff took the remote control out of the room, before I checked out. Only a small door was opened. I felt unwell.I only post this which happened to me because I do not want anyone to be in the same situation than mine. It was a very stressful holiday and I wish I had never stayed at this place.
