  : The welcome package provided was a nice bonus and the fast response and resolution to any queries, such as some lights that werent working. The information pack provided prior to arrival and within the Villa was also useful. The villa was bright with lovely views from the roof terrace. The rooms were comfortable and the pool area was great.
  : It is a little precarious walking along the road near the villas as only some areas had a pavement.

  : The pool although it wasnt heated so it was very cold. The quiet location, but very close to the strip so it was easy to stroll down to everything. The rooftop. The bread, water and juice in the fridge on arrival was a nice touch.
  : The host was the most unwelcoming person we have ever encountered. There was absolutley no customer service from our host zoe. On arrival we noted a number of things in the villa, it was in poor shape, it wasnt cleaned well at all, all the bins in the bathroom were broken and rusted( we told our host this to which she gave an abrupt response of "i will get you new bins" these never arrived in our 6 night stay). Our tv would not work properly, so on our first day we had no tv in the villa as they only have one small tv in this villa. The matinence man came on the morning of our 2nd day to look at the tv and said that all the remotes(all full of tape and broken in the house (3 of them) were all for different tvs and not for the tv in the villa. Surely things like this should be checked prior to guests arrival.Long story short the man returned which the correct remotes 7 hours later after having to call the host zoe at the office who was repeatedly cold and abrupt when answering the phone. The light switch in the kitched fell off when we pressed it, the kitchen sink was seriously chipped, the big mirror on entrance to the main bedroom had a huge crack going through it. The place needed tlc and didnt feel like a villa that was only built a few years ago. The house decor is very odd, a mix of old furniture you would find at your grandmothers mixed with modern. The roof terrace which iwas lovely to have had 2 kids chairs up there and a clothes rack. Perhaps some suitable seating and a table or loungers would be nicer. The pool area needed a good clean, there were ciggarette butts everywhere, there was a plate in the corner on the floor full of moulded food which i can only assume a previous guest at some point left out for the cats who visit.

  : The size, quality and location was great.
  : Nothing as such about the propert itself, though we could not find the promised safe and yet were told to always leave the keys in the lock box rather than take them with us.

  : The villa is superb, modern, clean has every convenience you could wish for and we had an amazing time.
  : The only inconvenience was not having hot water on demand and having to switch on the hot water booster around 1 hour before. I understand summer time this may not be needed but in November it is less sunny and the solar power is not high enough. As a suggestion it would be better to have it on a timer so that you can get hot water on demand.

  : There are no breakfasts provided by the hotel. Location is OK. Far away from all the hustle and bustle, but in the district that is full of construction works.
  : I generally enjoyed my stay. In my opinion, the appartment provided very decent value for the price I paid. However, I found it a bit disappointing that the property wasn't properly prepared for check-in (No decent cleaning was performed, lots of dust in the appartment and half of curtain motors didn't work).
