  : The apartment is lovely, modern, extremely clean and homely. The beds and pillows are very comfortable and having a washing machine was a welcome bonus. There was milk and bottled water in the fridge when we arrived which after a long flight we were very grateful for! The location was excellent with good restaurants, beaches and supermarkets a few minutes walk away. There are regular buses to Protaris, Paralimini and Ayia Napa. There is also a lovely 25 minute stroll along the boardwalk to Protaris with restaurants along the way. Paul, the host, is very friendly and helpful, he was at the apartment to greet us and also came to see us before we left. Our flight was after checkout so he allowed us to leave our cases in the apartment for a few hours until the next guests arrived.
  : The photos in the description of the apartment are very misleading. The pool and seating area are not part of the apartment itself but of a public pool five minutes walk away. We felt very disappointed with this and feel other potential guests should be made aware. We like to sit outside having a coffee early in the mornings in a pleasant, peaceful setting to watch the world go by and also to enjoy a glass of wine before going out in the evenings. The only place to do this is a very small area outside the front door overlooking the road and a half built abandoned hotel. Directly outside the rear of the apartment is the car park so we did feel a little bit trapped in the apartment. This is why we have reluctantly only scored it 9/10
