Kalamies Villas are very close to a supermarket restaurants bars and pubs. Protaras pedestrian street is within walking distance from the villas. A bus station can be found nearby.

Guests are required to show a photo identification and credit card upon check-in. Please note that all Special Requests are subject to availability and additional charges may apply.
A damage deposit of EUR 300 is required on arrival. This will be collected by credit card. You should be reimbursed on check-out. Your deposit will be refunded in full via credit card, subject to an inspection of the property.
Mid-stay cleaning is provided for bookings over 14 days.

For bookings from 8 to 13 days extra linen are provided.

Please note that extra guests can be accommodated at existing beds upon charge.
