  : The hosts is lier! they charge you 500 as a deposit for "demage good" and they did not refund it back with excuse that we over use the air conditioner (on a very hot day!) and we left the vila un clean enough (and it was clean exept we left garbage in small privet shoping bags in the kitchen becouse thy didn't have trash can/more bags, although we asked) - when none of the following mentioned befor!! In addition the vila do not incloud hot tub :(

Disappointing

  : The location of Villa #15 is great: just a few minutes by bike to cyclops cave and green bay. Stores are also just a short bike ride away. Villa#15 is located at the end of the property which offers more privacy than the other villas at the entrance.
  : This review is for Villa#15: The box sping beds in all three bedrooms are just equipped with a VERY(!) thin mattress which makes sleeping extremely uncomfortable. We contacted the property management but could not get this resoved since the owner needed to get involved. We managed it by putting extra padding on top of the mattress but had aching backs after 10 nights. The ensuite bathroom upstairs to the right had a water leakage coming out of the wall. On top of that the water in the toilet was continuously running. We had to wipe the bathroom several times a day in order to prevent leakage into the bedroom. We informed the property management right away. It took 4 days and three visists from technicians to stop the leakage. We had the impression that the first two times nobody really tried to stop it since the third technician got it resolved within 10 minutes after the second trial something was done that lowered the water pressure in the whole house which made showering almost impossible. The AC in two bedrooms did not work on arrival - this got resolved by property management the next morning. All in all we are dissappointed with the whole arrangement: the house is beautiful and in a good location. But, we do not want to have to deal with water leakages and arranging technician visists after paying premium price for that house. The water had already flooded the whole upstairs bathroom when we arrived - why did this not get communicated and resolved before our arrival - we cannot believe that a building inspector or cleaner did not notice that before our arrival. Other guests must have had issues with the beds as well since the padding of the other beds was already unzipped. It does not cost much to provide a comfortable padding/ mattress for box sping beds. We have a similar arrangement at home and managed to make it comfortable. It seems that for villa#15 the cheapest arrangement was chosen.
