: Pros :1. Location is amazing- close to a very nice beach and promenade 2. We had an issue with WiFi and the agency was very fast in responding , they sent a person to fix the internet3. Pool was cleaned twice a week
: Cons :1. Villa is pretty old and was probably very nice 10 years ago. Everything seems to be outdated 2. Lights inside the pool were not working . We were told that it can be fixed only after the season ends3. Grill was dirty when we arrived so we had to clean it4. AC in one of the rooms on the 3rd floor was making loud noises after 20 min when we turn it on. Was not comfortable to sleep5. What was not clear from the description is that there is one toilet on every floor . However , only the toilet on the 3rd floor was working properly . Two other toilets were not flushing. We had 3 bedrooms full of people on the 3rd floor and everyone had to use only one working bathroom.6. The 4th bedroom on the 1st floor doesnt have any windows and looks like its in a basement .7. No dishwasher8. There was Nespresso coffee machine , but the owners didnt leave any coffee tabs at least for the 1st day . Usually when you pay this kind of price , you receive complimentary coffee tabs / wine / fruits. No salt / pepper / essentials were provided .We had a great time at the villa , but all these small details make me question the price we paid for staying there . Im pretty sure there are much better options to be found for the same price.

: Lovely spacious villa, excellent location . Plenty of choice for alfresco dining, shadyl spots available throughout the building
: Lots of steps for anyone with mobility issues also marble so slip hazard.States towels provided but you do need own pool towels , as no laundry service mid week

: Excellent location. Within easy walking distance to the main strip and the beach.Lidl supermarket is a 2 minute walk.The villa was very well equipped. Showers are excellent and so powerful. The lounge area is very comfortable. Beds are comfortable. Loved the extra fridge freeze on the outside patio area...so convenient.
: A little TLC required.The outside area needs painting.Kitchen cupboard doors need updating.Sun loungers need padded cushionsSome of the outdoor chair cushions need replacing.

: nice size pool, good outside area & nice location
: villa is a lot more run down than the pictures make out. owner doesnt know how many showers property has. when I asked I got told theres 1 when theres in fact 2. the worst part of the stay was the swimming pool turned my swimwear and towels yellow - only to be told this is normal from sun cream. been on holiday plenty of times & this has never happened. they should invest more money to deep cleaning the pool regularly.
