  : The hotel is in an excellent location located right on the Protaras strip close to the beach, restaurants and there is a bus stop right outsideNina, Andrea, and the cleaners were all very friendly and helpful.The breakfast was ok. I ate toast, porridge, melon, nuts and pinapple most days. There are scrambled eggs, normal eggs etc beans and streaky bacon. Not the best quality but what you expect for 3 star.They provide free tea and coffe, water at breakfast.The is a great restaurant on fig tree bay called Siko. Highly recommend it. Or Anataolio just up from the stripThe rooms were cleaned daily and the cleaners were very good to be fair. Yes we did initially have some stained sheets. But we took them off put them on the floor and the next day the cleaners gave us fresh beddingThere is a Revo bar upstairs which is reasonably priced. Opens around 8pm. We only went the onceThere is a Best buy supermarket right across the road. Some things are expensive, but some things are averaged priced like the drinks. I guess every where is more expensive these daysThere is a good car hire place right opposite the hotel. We paid 120Euros for a car over 2 days. It was 100 but the extra 20 was for fuel. You bring the car back empty. You can also park right under the hotel which is pretty usefulThe red bus also stops rights outside the hotel and offers a tour of Famagusta for around 15 Euros each I thinkYou can also get the 101 to Ayia Napa for 1.50 Euros one way. The 102 is to ParalimniOverall I would recommend the hotel, we had room 223 which faced the mountain, but the balcony around the corner also had partial sea views. Some guests from previews reviews complained about noise. To be fair there was some street noise as your right on the strip but not bad enough to stop you from sleeping. The hotel offers sea view rooms at extra costThe pool was a decent size and the pool bar again offered average priced food and drinks. There is a basic gym and indoor pool
  : The breakfast was not great in fairness. Streakly bacon and soggy scrambled eggs. But to overall I had porridge and fruit so was happy. If you expect typical English breakfast then you might be disappointed.
