  : This spacious apartment has fantastic panoramic views of the sea, and a balcony to take in the view & atmosphere of the strip. It is ideally located in the heart of protaras, close to all the bars & restaurants, shops & beaches.
  : The apartment is superb, I am scratching for things to complain about a few more bowls & mugs would have been nice and a mattress topper as bed was quite hard and a second key, as we were a party of 4 adults including a pensioner, it would have been good to let her go back earlier. Finally, access to the building is up a very steep drive, it is only 5 m long but would be a problem for anyone with severe mobility problems. The actual apartment is serviced by a lift.

  : The apartment has a great central location, and is very spacious with great views. It's starting to look a bit dated in a few areas but if they spent a bit of money to update it, it could be stunning.
  : We arrived after dark and had a lot of trouble finding the property: there is no visible signage for the property, the directions sent by the management company were hopeless (just a Google Maps pin with no indication of where the entrance was), and the lady on the assistance number provided admitted she had never been to the property and didn't know where it was. We only found it after about half an hour thanks to the help of a local restaurant owner. When we got in, alarm bells started ringing when we saw the notices around the property advising of charges as mentioned by another reviewer (e.g. fine of up to 150 for not taking the bins down at the end of your stay). Sure enough, the management company contacted us afterwards to inform us they were deducting 70 due to a remote control not working, however this was already broken on our arrival. When this was pointed out to them they were rude and refused to give us the money back, which Booking's customer service team also did nothing to help with. Although the apartment is nice, I would avoid here due to the awful experience with the management company.
