  : Extremely bad hotel -Rude staff, specially the ladies on the reception desk, we have always the feeling that you are bothering them, -The air-condition was not functioning well, with a very loud noise that we couldnt sleep all night,(even after we complained nothing changed), -hotel cleanliness zero: dirty sheets, dirty floor, dirty bathroom, when i asked the housekeeping lady to change the sheets and left the room she start shouting and speaking in her language, Silverfish insects every where in the room, and we complained to the ladies on the front desk the answer was silverfish are everywhere in Cyprus, to must get used to it, and choose another destination in your next vacation, and when we asked about pest control they answer me sarcastically: "we are a 5*star hotel! Honestly this hotel deserve 2* star max. -Our dining experience in sage international restaurant disappointing: Low quality of food, Small variety of food The smell of the dishes are awful, every time i had to clean my dish with vinegar so i can use it. Our stay in this hotel ruined our vacation..

  : Excellent position, very near the centre of Protaras but also far enough to be very quiet. The hotel is also located on a bay with turtles and a variety of fish, so snorkeling was great
  : It would have been nice to be able to book one of the off site restaurants twice, instead of only once. Also the evening musical entertainment could be improved.

  : The only thing I feel needs addressing is the reception staff. They were very rude and uncomfortable. Im not sure if this was because its the end of the season but they are the first and last people you see. We checked out 10 minutes late. We were called and hurried up which I appreciate. However nothing was ready for our checkout. Its surely a simple and important job for them to ask how was your stay? With a smile on your face. We left the hotel feeling very uncomfortable!I must say all other staff were incredible from pool bar to housekeeping and restaurant staff.

  : We decided to celebrate our marriage anniversary in this hotel. A good location, nice sea view from all rooms, a big swimming pool. Breakfast is very good too. One good bar near the swimming pool and one near the building
  : We decided to celebrated our marriage anniversary in this hotel. And I wrote it to the hotel manager. I warned the hotel about our event when I made a room reservation. I expected that there would be at least a welcome bottle of wine or champagne and some fruit in the room. I was ready to pay for it additionally. But it was nothingThis hotel positions itself as a five-star hotel, but it is not. A very poor minimalistic design with white walls everywhere and nothing to do it more pretty. I can only rate him a "4*". It is very strange for 5* hotel, but there are no a hair dryer, a shoe spoon, a water in the room. They forgot about our anniversary but didnt forget to ask to pay a deposit by my email every day before our stay. To be honest we were very disappointed with such an attitude towards us as guests
