  : ProsThis was a spacious villa with plenty of space inside and outside. The master bedroom led into a lounge area and to the lovely balcony with a comfortable sofa and chairs. It was great to wake up and have a cup of coffee on the balcony whilst enjoying the view over the large terrace to the sea in the distance.The master bedroom had a 6ft bed and a large wardrobe. The wooden shutters were useful for keeping the room dark at night. There were also good curtains and a net curtainThere was a TV in the lounge with modems giving access to many streaming services and stations in many languages as well as a music system. There were useful maps and information in one of the drawers in the lounge.The kitchen had all the useful electrical equipment for preparing meals. There was plenty of cutlery, glasses and china too. The washing machine was a bonus and very easy to use. There was also a large fridge freezer in the kitchen.The barbecue on the huge terrace was useful but because of the wet weather we had in March it was not used as much as we had hoped.We would recommend heating the pool at the extra cost if renting the villa in March as we did. Despite the inclement weather we used the pool almost daily and were really pleased with the water temperature and the sun loungers that were by the pool.A big bonus for us was the outside vertical wind-down awning with large clear window panels. This meant we could sit outside in the covered patio area but be protected from the wind and rain.I would definitely recommend this villa especially if the points I have raised have been taken on board by the management.
  : ConsThere were few cons really. The lack of spare sheets and towels meant that we could not use the washing machine to wash the bed linen and towels. The weather was not settled enough for us to get them washed and aired in a day ready for use. This meant that the sheets and towels were only changed by the management on our 10th day.I would suggest that the bedding in the master bedroom be replaced. It was old and one of the eiderdowns was heavily stained. Strangely the bedding in the other bedrooms, a large double and a bedroom with twin beds, looked new and clean.It would have been helpful if the manuals for the microwave and oven had been available. Some of the key symbols on the oven were missing because of their use.

  : Very good locality in winter. There is quiet and also nice seaview. Villa is comfortable and you find everything you need.
  : The pressure of water is too low. It is practicly impossible to bath or shower.
