  : In 10 days nobody from the hotel's stuff comes to change bedsheets, towels or to make clean! On the last day of the holiday, the owner tried to trick us into getting the tax for all the 4 reserved rooms, coming up with all kinds of aberrant explanations, even though he knew very well that everything was paid at the time of booking, including all the taxes
