: Location was good. There were restaurants and shops within a 10 minute walk and recycling facilities within a minute's walk. The area was quiet, peaceful and felt safe. The upstairs terrace was fabulous. It was spacious with lovely views. The apartment was also spacious and the kitchen was very good and well equipped.
: The plug below the TV was coming off the wall, and it's also quite a few feet from the TV, so bring an extension lead if you're bringing a firestick. The pool wasn't very clean but it was too cold to use, so we didn't inform the owner until we were leaving, and I'm sure he would have rectified the problem had we told him. It would have have been nice to have had the option of heating the pool, but we knew that this wasn't available before we went. There was a safety lattice attached to the spindles at the top of the stairs which didn't look very good, and probably wouldn't have been very effective at preventing children from falling through. A small fridge downstairs would have been a bonus as the kitchen is upstairs.

: The quietness of the area, yet only a 15 minute walk to bars and restaurants. The main strip of Puerto del Carmen is a 25 minute walk or 5 mins on the local bus

: spacious villa,with all we needed,and the owner/cleaner phoned for our taxi home,which was very useful.
: could have been a bit nearer to Porta del Carmen,but that was our fault for not checking,
