  : Beautiful gardens and pool.Bar and eating facilities a little haphazard!There for 4 days..no cleaning or refresh of towels.
  : Because of the gardens and vegetation( which were lovely) a few lizards and flying things had taken up residence in the apartment.

  : Lots of space in the apartments. Very good value for the price you pay. Very friendly reception. The pool in nice and not too busy. Overall a great stay.
  : Could have used some wifi in the rooms. Access road is not paved and pretty bad (luckily it was a rental and not my own car). Could use a bit of renovation inside and out but for the price it was excellent.

  : Great swimming pool, for all ages, children will love it. Huge park around the apartments. Great airconditioning in the apartment. Annoying wasps were killed daily by a maintenance man, they had sprays/liquids to do that.
  : No washing facilities available. We had to wash clothes in a launderette nearby Pula (10 minutes drive).

  : Spacious, high quality apartments, with everything you need in them. Large, quiet courtyard. Clean pool, and in general everything looked well maintained.
  : You need a car to get here, it's not exactly close to anything (although with a car you are close to some nice places - Nora, Pula city center, Chia). Wifi only next to the pool.

  : One word summary: terrible, do not book. Let's start with some explanation regarding the object as there are actually two. There is Baia Delle Palme Beach and Baia Delle Palme Residence. The Beach version is about 500metres away from the Residence which is the main one. Baia Delle Palme Beach as the name suggests is just at the beach but definitely not worth: - it's an old building which is really gloomy. Truly deserves refurbishment. Just check the real pictures and compare to the Photoshop boosted version in the offer. - ants colony inside. Terrible, they are everywhere. - old broken furnitures - poor kitchen equipment. Microwave and dish washer was listed on the list of utensils but apparently someone forgot to install - stinky AC When arrived we wanted to leave immediately but the hotel refused to refund. Instead we were offered a room in the Baia Delle Palme Residence. They said they had only one apartment free for 2 persons with one bedroom. We stayed there (4 persons), but again the hotel refused to return the price difference (the booking was made for 2 bedrooms in the first place). Not fair and this is not how hospitality should look like. Basically we lost a lot of holiday time to resolve this situation :( You may think - if it's so bad than how it's possible the Baia Delle Palme Beach has such positive reviews and good overall rating. So the reviews and ratings are inherited from Baia Delle Palme Residence. This object is a different story. Quite nice and worth recommending. I think in the past they were offered as one and then split - that's what I think. If you look for nice holidays experience - really, go somewhere else. Baia Delle Palme Beach does not offer that :( We raised an issue with booking.com and received a nice refund for future bookings. Thanks for that.

  : kitchen poorly equipped, inside and balcony had very uncomfortable wooden chairs. no tv. NO INTERNET! no wifi-no 4G in the apartmentno information about opening hours bar at pool (mostly closed) small bathroom. noisy (neighbors and a dog from permanent residents on park) cleaning: not. we received a bag with new sheets and towels after 7 days to do it ourselves. very oldfashioned, poorly equipped. beach nearby but not for swimming.

  : The apartment has great terrase overlooking beatiful green garden and big pool. Sea is just a minute by foot but it is very rocky and there was a lot of sea grass so it is better to drive few minutes to nice beaches (beautiful Chia is very close). There is only small bar at the place, the closest restaurant Corte Noa is a minute drive. Highly recommended place, great for families with children.

  : The location is beautiful. A huge park with a salted water pool, perfect to relax. Owner's dog Vodka is too cute. Silent. The apartment was nice.
  : When I asked if the place was pet-friendly they replied "dogs are welcome" with no mention to the additional 60 euro tax for "disinfection because of dog". We got that as a bad surprise during the check-out. The apartment was not very clean. The pool bar (the only place when you can buy drinks and snacks after 3 pm) was closed for 2 days in a row. Zero services except the pool. A place with a huge potential but not used very well. No wifi in the room, only in public spaces.
