  : The owner was nice, he lives in the house, so if you'd need something, he can help you. Location is very good. Calm neighborhood. The sea, a supermarket and restaurants are within 10 minute walking distance, Punat beach in about 15-20 minutes walk. Parking space available, although you'll need some skill to use it. Our apartment was nice and roomy, nice little balcony, large wardrobes, air conditioned, kitchen was ok, gas-oven, medium sized fridge, coffee machine, no microwave though. The apartment has got its own small water boiler enough for 2-3 people, which means you've always got hot water to shower.
  : The infrastructure and furniture really needs renovation. Everything seemed to be 30+ years old, apart from the tv. The place was seemingly cleaned before our arrival, it wasn't dirty per se, but under constant usage, you just need to renovate every 5ish years. There was mold in the bathroom, water sinks 50% clogged, and everything smelled a bit (of old people), when we've arrived, and you better not look into the kitchen extractor fan. The apartments main door was quite hard to lock/unlock. All in all, nothing terrible, but everything felt very used. Punat seems to separate it's trash, which is excellent. There were 5 different garbage cans for various types of garbage in front of the house, but only 2 bins (1 bio and 1 unlabeled) in the apartment... Let's just say I wasn't surprised to see plastic bags, beer cans and bottles in the biocompost garbage can. It seems, not everyone bothers to read the post on the wall in the room, and collect trash in different bags, if there are no clearly labeled bins to place them into. Btw. some green bio-bags would help a lot too, they're cheap.
