: Nice location, and although it's next to a highway, it's still in a quiet area. Good place for a stopover and relaxing on a longer trip. Very friendly staff. I booked the place super late on the very day on my way there and arrived late in the evening - had absolutely no problem with that. Good parking space and it's motorcycle friendly.

: Its difficult to find any positives.
: This place stinks. That applies to towels, bedding and most of all the tap water. While having a shower I felt like I was swimming in sewage. At first I thought that maybe its a characteristic of tap water in Olsztyn but I can confidently state that it isnt.The other thing that completely destroyed the stay for us was the bed. It was way beyond its lifespan and has probably been in that room since the 90s. It was hard, low on the ground and had very prominent depressions from overuse.Staff wasnt particularly nice either.

: Breakfast very good, time flexible. Location attractive, close to city centre, pleasant surroundings - trees parklike and pond. Double bed v. comfortable.
: Space allowed in bathroom for toiletries/cosmetics almost non existing. Certainly some shelves should be provided (not at all sufficient for man, not to mention a woman).

: Nothing, because I didn't even get to spend my time at the place I had booked. The room was absolutely dirty, the people at the reception dishonest and their customer assistance useless. THIEVES!
: Most dishonest hotel I have ever been to! I have been told I would get a refund since the room was not respecting our standards, but they ended up rejecting their own words! I lost my money AND the nights in the hotel I had booked! DO NOT GO TO THIS HOTEL, THEY ARE THIEVES!
