  : Beautiful spacious room, clean by western standards, with fully working facilities. The room was in perfect condition. The staff was friendly and always willing to help. I'm not sure if they speak English, I spoke Russian with them all the time. But they are really great in helping you with anything.
  : The bedroom window is oriented to a street, which is busy during the day, but almost quiet during the night. Consider that if you want to sleep there during the day... The breakfast is very big and freshly made, but you have to choose from 4 or 5 fixed options - don't expect buffet breakfast as it is usual in other 4* hotels.

  : A new hotel. We had a big suite consisting of entry area, bedroom, living room with kitchen and dining table, nice bathroom. All very, very good, beautiful and nice, but in the bedroom there was no light at the bed and no light switches or outlets there either. Come on, here we have an architect with a brain by-pass. There is a big restaurant, but it only serves breakfast and caters for parties. Not so good because this nice hotel is situated far away from everything - but that is probably the reason why the restaurant is not open in the first place. However, a taxi to just about anywhere in town costs about 1 euro. That is no reason not to stay there. The town is not very charming, but it is a must if you are a fan of the writer Lermontov. If not, go to Kislovodsk instead.
