  : Nobody was there on our arrival. When we called the other hotel to get the code for the room, the call was not answered and went to answering machine. I made several attempts. A guest was sitting outside and tried to call another phone number she had. It took at least 30 minutes before someone answered. They said they were very busy at the other location! Not very friendly, like it was our problem. The rest of the staff, which we met the next day serving breakfast and settling our bill and registration, was very friendly. The room was directly under the roof and had only 1 very small window. They provided a fan, but it was not very effective. Parking was another problem. Very limited at the hotel. Additional parking was at a different location. We had lots of luggage, yet a guest with a motor cycle was able to take up a full spot directly at the hotel. This took more time after waiting to get into our room. Many obstacles to overcome!

  : We stayed here for 4 nights during winter time. We arrived in the late afternoon, the reception was already closed but we easily received the key by calling a nearby hotel and by asking for the code for the key box. The location is good, near the centre (walking distance). The rooms were very clean. We chose the maisonette room which was quite big and comfortable, which a separate sleeping area divided by stairs (no doors in between). It was on the 2nd floor and very quiet and calm! We enjoyed the daily breakfast, which was abundant. The staff was very friendly.
  : One thing that would improve the hotel even more, would be a possibility to charge an electric car (especially because both charging stations in the city centre were out of order). We did try to use the socket outside but it had no power.
