  : The room was modern, clean, quiet and large enough for 2 people.The hotel is in walking distance to the Jamaica Station, for accessing the AirTrain to JFK or public transportation to anywhere in NYC (including E train to Manhattan).The breakfast was kind of minimal (omelet, scrambled eggs, bacon, sausage, bread/bagel, fruit, juices, coffee), but good.
  : We stayed 2 nights, and I expected that our room would be cleaned, but it wasn't touched during our stay.The breakfast was kind of minimal (no yoghurt, oatmeal, etc).No free water in the room, despite the heat.

  : This hotel is clean, conveniently located, provides all basic amenities, and has comfortable rooms. If you don't mind the edginess of the neighborhood, the location is great. It's just a couple of blocks from the JFK Airtrain at Jamaica Station. It's perfect if you are coming in from a long flight late at night and don't want to start dealing with travel or traffic.
  : Unfortunately, our experience was marred by breakfast. We showed up in plenty of time, half an hour before closing time. There was not much left ... they were out of bread, yogurt, milk and most cereal. The only fruit was oranges, which were sour and inedible, and the pancake machine was broken. We tracked down tthe attendent and managed to get two small yogurts. We told her there was no milk, not even for coffee. She responded by shutting the door to the kitchen. She didn't come out again until my husband brought the manager in, as there were several people besides us waiting for milk. After the manager spoke to her and left, she brought out a loaf of white bread fot the rest of the hungry customers who were waiting. Still no milk. At 2 minutes until close, she finally brought out a small container of milk, slammed it down on the counter next to the coffee, glared at my husband, and left, this time shutting the door to close off the breakfast area. Maybe she was just having a really bad day, but we were afraid to try the milk. We had stayed at this hotel previously and came back again because we had a great experience- including, ironically, a great breakfast. We would stay again because of the positive aspects of the hotel, but will plan to buy our own breakfast.
