  : Staff were very courteous and professional. The facilities were nicely laid out and decorated. The room was comfortable and spacious. Even though our room was a floor above the main entrance it was very quiet.
  : The only issue we had was cleanliness. I had to go down to the lobby to get shampoo because there was none in the shower. The bathroom in general was nasty. There was mold in the shower and between the shower doors. The hand soap dispenser and the lotion next to the sink were filthy and covered in hair. And there was hair in my daughter's bed when we pulled back the covers for the first time.

  : The room was really clean and much nicer than we expected. Loved the kitchenette, loved how spacious and clean things were. Really liked that there were enough charging plugs. Liked that complimentary water was offered when we arrived.
  : Breakfast was meh, but we weren't expecting gourmet.

  : Everything for cooking but a stove room 229 was men's public hair on bathroom floor between toilet and shower and for that price I was kind of let down as I didn't stay at a crack shack hotel! Clearly addressed this with check in and she took care of it and reported it right away
