  : The property was conveniently located downtown and near our events. The majority of the staff was polite and friendly. The lady working in the breakfast area was very hardworking and nice.
  : There is no working pool or hot tub as advertised. The hot tub has been filled in, so its gone and the pool apparently has been out of order since some time last year. Some customers were told they could walk over to the Atrium, if they called ahead, and use their pool, but not everyone that asked was given that option. The ice machine was also out of order, but they did bring someone in to repair it after our second night of it not working. The parking lot isnt big enough when the hotel is full. Several large pick-up trucks didnt fit in the parking spots provided and people had to park on the street or across from the hotel in a different parking lot.

  : We had handicap room 222 even though we are not handicapped. It has a hand held shower and plenty of grab bars. The shower is useless. The hand held shower is mounted 7 feet off the floor making it useless for anyone in a wheel chair. The shower head sprays water directly to the back wall of the shower stall almost horizontally to a spot 6 feet off the floor. The only thing you can get wet in this shower is your head and that is assuming you can stand up and are not in a wheel chair. You need to get a qualified experienced plumber with at least average IQ to rectify this stupidity. I would like a partial refund on the room. Jerald Hutchens

  : Was not able to get the Culver-Stockton reunion weekend reduced room rate because I booked via Booking. Front desk person said because of that they could not do any discounts. It was a big difference in price. Not happy. Also, hallway carpet on 3rd floor looks terrible. Breakfast was the usual stuff offered. Beds were comfy. We left the bathroom fan on all night to drown out any hallway noise. Room door didnt fit real great so between hallway lighting shining through and people returning late to rooms the fan noise helped.

  : Sunday morning breakfast. Staff looked like she just got out of bed. She disappeared and didnt refill hot items. Other staff f stepped up to get the breakfast running again. Limited hot item selection. I stay at this hotel frequently and was disappointed for the first time with breakfast.
