  : Entrance to the thermal spa is not included in the price this is unacceptable and outrageous considering what the daily room price is and this facility is built together with the thermal compound. Need to ask for bath robe separately (should be in the room).

  : Unfortunately we arrived at the end of the season, so part of the water park was closed, but it was still very pleasant.

  : hotel very dirty and old swimming pools included in the offer (including the indoor one) are not hygienic, do not meet safety requirements, additionally the entrance is from the side of the toilets through which the corridor smells like sewage. on the swimming pool facility there are tables where you can eat fast food - the smell of food rises and will disturb the swimmers in the indoor pool. Breakfast should be available from 8:00-10:00 - however at 9:00 the bain maries were empty with food and nothing was available. Additionally, the shower in the room was rusty and full of bacteria - I have attached photos. In the room next to the child's bed (on the wall connecting the room with the bathroom) there was a fungus covered with a piece of wallpaper (photos are attached). The balcony was supposed to have a terrace with a 360 view - instead it was a dirty, full of cobwebs and dust terrace with a view of tall bushes. Sauna and Jacuzzi turned off for the entire stay. The hotel refunded 30% of the price, but for so many inconveniences I am not satisfied - definitely 100% should be refunded. Please avoid this place - photos on booking are definitely different from reality.

  : This hotel improved a lot since last time I been here. I got a nicer large room, food is good, wifi works great, wellness is open long enough.
  : Sound shielding of the rooms is rather poor all the noise comes in from the corridor. In the wellness there is only 1 outdoor Jacuzzi which is unusable if there are many guests there. Still I would note that they don't offer free entry ticket to the thermal bath next door, considering the room price this should be included for free.
