  : Not much. The weather was bad and there was no provision for guests to dry their clothes. This albergue is in the mountains and should consider the needs of their guests.
  : We had to check in at a restaurant that was about 400 metres walk away from the albergue in bad weather. Staff at the restaurant ignored us for more than 10 minutes and only acknowledged our presence when I finally asked who or where I could check in.

  : Location was on the Camino trail. Unfortunately we walked all the way up to the hotel and a note in the door said we had to check in at another hotel we passed .4 Kms back. It doesnt sound far but when walking on blisters, the extra walk and inconvenience wasnt appreciated. In defence, the hotel did send a message earlier in the day to check in at the other location, but when there is not phone service, the message doesnt arrive until after getting onto wifi after checking in.
  : The room description is deceiving. It makes it sound like you are booking your own home that has one bedroom and two baths along with all the other amenities. BUT what your booking is a room in a hotel that has all shared amenities. Not what we wanted so was disappointed with what we received The price was comparative to other locations we stayed where we did have our own washroom. We were also required to pay cash when we wanted to pay with credit card.

  : I wasnt sure what I had booked from the description but it was a room in a house with shared bath. There were 4-5 rooms total. The room was cute and comfortable. There was a full kitchen.
  : It felt a little expensive to me given that it was a shared bath.
