  : I liked when I pulled into their lot and the first thing I see is a statue of an army person in class a's and an American flag,and a clothes washer and dryer on site. The friendly staff and the amazing handmade spider's web at the gazebo,which was about 4 feet and housed a spider for Halloween.
  : That I only stayed 1 night.

  : Super close to the main gate/ visitors gate of Ft Knox. The lady who checked us in was quite nice
  : Called them on the day of check-in to see if we could check-in 1 1/2 hours early. She sounded irritated that we even asked and told us we could check in at 2. We said OK, we'll check-in later (we weren't going to lose an hour with our son waiting to check in), then she abruptly hung up on us. The beds were horribly uncomfortable. My husband actually got poked in the back by two springs on two occasions. The sheets were thread bare, the blanket had holes and cuts in it. The room reaked of room freshener, probably to mask the smell of mold. I'm super sensitive to mold, and within 5 minutes of being there, my eyes started itching, and my typical mold symptoms began to appear. Breakfast was meh. No hot items offered, just toast, honeybees, etc. Check out was impossible as no one was in the building. The woman in front of me who was trying to get back into her room and had been waiting for about 10 minutes found all 3 of them outside smoking. Next time, I'll drive further to avoid this place.

  : They will put unauthorized charges on your credit card with no explanation and put you on the 2nd floor and lie and say the 1st floor is full when it's clearly empty.
