  : The hotel had very good breakfast, in the afternoon there was coffee, tea, cakes and soup and for dinner you could choose from three main courses plus there was plenty on the salad bar, soup, starter, etc. So food-wise no issues. I'm a vegetarian and even for me there was plenty to select from. The hotel has wellness with a lovely and warm outside pool, inside pool and a nice area for relaxation. There was a shuttle service always at the ready to take us to and from the slopes, much appreciated.
  : The hotel is a little old and there were things which could do with a quick fix or a lick of paint. I didn't give a great rating for cleanliness, because my daughter dropped a bit of fish on the floor at dinner and that fish was still there at breakfast! I was very disappointed at breakfast because 3 days out of 4 the hotel was not able to provide any kind of vegan milk. In this day and age I find that unacceptable, especially if the closest shop is a couple of minutes in a car. I also asked for a small bottle of conditioner as my daughter has very long hair but was told that the shower/shampoo bottle attached in the shower has conditioner in it. This might be fine for short manageable hair but not so much for long hair. At 4**** I expect the hotel to provide these small bottles on request if needed. The jacuzzi did not work. There was water in it, but it did not function at all. The outside pool was lovely apart from some of the guests. There were men who took off all their clothes in the early afternoon and wanted to lounge naked in front of my 12 year old daughter!! I was in a state of shock that the hotel would allow this. Surely, this must be against the law to show your private parts to a minor! One day, there was a bunch of people who smoked cigarettes on the loungers right next to the pool. It made us very uncomfortable.

  : Breakfast offer a wide range of items both cold and hot. The rooms are simple but very clean, they have the traditional german style beds (each person has a separate mattress and duvet). The pool and spa area was very nice and there was a lot of areas to lounge. Maintains a lot of the traditional charm.
  : One night was good, but a longer stay would have been better to fully enjoy the space.
