Traveller Type: Traveling as Couple
  : The resort is top notch and the accommodation is as you would expect for a high end resort. The room itself has glass windows from floor to ceiling looking out over the lake, this covers the bathroom (1 way glass), the living/bedroom and then the decked room with two ceiling hanging chair. Its stunning and great attention to detail.
  : The dinner was way over priced. When we were there, you could only have the chef set menu which was good but not worth over 150 euro. The chef menu is the same every alternate day so if you want variation or cheaper option you need to go to spa resort down the road.

  : Beautiful location and hotel rooms
  : Communication was a struggle with the hotel staff. Arranging dinner reservations, etc. always seemed to go wrong. Would highly recommend confirming plans multiple times so there are no failed attempts (e.g., with their breakfast system, where the spa is located: this hotel is split across multiple locations, and it is not always clear what is where / when).

  : reception closes early, at not one menu at the restaurant, lack of transparency on the prices. Activities information somewhat lacking.

  : Beautiful view from the large windows in the room made us feel really relaxed. Time seemed to stop for moments. We just spent a lot of time reading, swimming in the lake, taking walks in the area and of course enjoying the sauna and bathtub in the room. There were also high quality spa products included in the price. Breakfast was served to the room and was very good. We also enjoyed the dinner and lunch at the restaurant. Relaxation moment was also included in the price and we did some Yin Yoga.
  : I think you could have a bit more easy-going communication with the guests. Now it was trying to be a bit more luxurious, but that made us feel like we need to behave in a certain way. It could also be because we preferred to talk in English. Both times our breakfasts were served there was a mixup with some food restrictions. These were handled nicely in the end.
