  : Breakfast was supposed to be included in our stay yet when we went to the serving area an hour after breakfast should have started. There was no breakfast out at all and there was no staff members to be found from 6 AM until 7:30 AM more than 10 had been searching for staff members and wondering when breakfast was going to be served, the room key continued to deactivate. The room had ketchup or something both on curtains and places in the bathroom. The sink leaked onto the floor when you ran the water. We never got a receipt because we couldn’t find any staff members to check out and when we checked in, we were charged more than what our confirmation through Booking.com had indicated it would be, an overall horrible experience and when I called Days Inn corporate they had nothing to say about it except for that they would file a complaint most horrible experience I have ever experience in my 30+ years of travel

  : Cockroach fell and walked on be in bed. Then was able to kill it the next morning in the bathroom

  : Chair Brooke apart while sitting in it, bathroom floor wasn't clean, inadequate size and quality of a blanket, lumpy pillows

  : Nothing, it was a terrible experience!
  : The room had a broken window that was vary poorly taped up with cardboard. The room also was extremely dirty - the floor was not vacuumed, there was a sticky substance on the counters that was not wiped up, and most disturbing the sheets had not been washed. This was evidenced by hair and public hair on the pillow cases, sheets, bed spread, and throughout the room

  : The room was very dirty. Bed sheets were stained and pubic hair on it. Tub had a ring of dirt and grime. I ask for it to be clean but they didn’t try very hard I ended up cleaning it myself. They did change the bedding but floor are filthy.
