  : I have nothing to report that I didn’t like. Other than the very busy water park that you had to go to if you were interested in using the hot tub.

  : I liked its location in Rapid City.
  : It seemed the air conditioning was out of service in the lobby, hallways and workout room. The water cooler in the workout room had a broken handle. Lastly, we weren't told about the lack of room service and schedule. The woman at the front desk working the afternoon shift seemed to be put off each time she was asked to for assistance. However, the other desk attendants were great.

  : Breakfast was good. We placed on our door for room service and apparently they do not do that, and require you do submit it online the night prior to let them know you want your room cleaned. No pool towels had to pay 10.00 for a towel due to the Waterpark attached.

Waterpark was very hard to enjoy with littles as there were lots of older kids rough housing on the lazy river fighting with tubes and throwing them around. Older Kids like 16-19 would race up the top of the stairs for the water slides acting like they were going to the slide that didn't require a tube, but then 2 of their friends would push and shove climbing the top of the stairs to meet their friends that were saving spots.Only discount for swimming was from 7-9 and only purchased at a certain area of the building. Family of 6(5 paying adults and kids still spent 89.00 from 7-9 with a 20% off.
