Appartementhaus Renate offers newly renovated apartments in a quiet location in the centre of Rauris and free Wi-Fi access. Shops restaurants and ski schools are only a few steps away. The newly renovated apartments feature a completely furnished kitchen. Bed linen towels and bathing towels are provided.

: Appartment Haus Renate is large, clean and spacious Unfortunately, the operator-owner uses unfair business practices. If someone mentions the total price for accommodation for 6 persons / one night/ 286 Euros, You can imagine paying an additional local fee (perhaps 2 Euros / person). But if the operator demands an additional 150 Eur for cleaning / bedding ?? = Finally operator requested 448 (57 percent more than the "total price" declared on Booking.com) This is clearly an unsound business practice (The argument that this fee of 25/Euro per person is the local standard that every guest/stay pays ...... and this is stated in "General Terms and Conditions" is unacceptable) We left the room in the morning perfectly tidy with washed/dried dishes. We are not villains - who will leave without paying. But we feel cheated by 150 EUR we expect that it will be returned to us with the help of Booking.com. Family Turek Prague

: Very well equipped apartment located in charming village, close to major ski areas in Salzburg district. The apartment is very clean. The kitchen has all the utensils you might need for preparing your own meals. The bathroom is very comfortable. The host is very nice.
