  : location.
: cheap furnishings, screws coming out of walls and locks, paint blistering, blocked bathroom sink, shower curtain with plastic (not rubber) ends meaning it constantly fell down. it needs some love basically, even though its a rental.

: Location is 5+! Rooms are clean and everything is there. I like they give option to clean yourself and save by that.
: Rooma are chilli. I think they know that cosider how many plankets there are but you need to use extra heater(included in the room) to get some worm. Even -5 C is making rooms very chilli I do not know how cold there can be if more. Noises! We had blessed to had students party somehwere there meaning that there where a lot ot shouting, screeming at night under our windows(corner room 611). Also they throw a beer bottles. Calling to police did not help as they tell to talk ta owner but nobody picket up at 12 so we where up until 5 with our 10 mont ould boy. Later owners where helpful and provided other numbers and did not charged for the sheets but I would liked more if this party would be handled on time.Considering there is parking room It would be nice to have atleast one parking space in price.

: We liked the location and the kitchen, very cozy and modern
: The beds had hairs from previous guests and one of the bed covers had some kind of white stains that looked gross on the bed cover, also I think the bedsheets should be included.

: The only good thing about this place is the location.
: The only good thing about this place is the location. You basically sleep in a closet as the doors are actual closet doors. the bedrooms are SUPER tiny. they don't have proper doors or curtains. so there is 0 privacy. also, everyone from outside can look in. You hear everything from outside and the drunk people shouting whilst they come back in. You need to make your own bed and take off the sheets as you leave. 10/10 would not recommend it for the ridiculous price they are asking.
