  : We got a different flat from the one we booked. Pick up key was a disaster. Sofas too old, tacky and with cigarettes burnts. Bedroom blinds broken. Clothes tender broken but they provided a new one a week later. Clean towels and linen provided only once although they were supposed to supply it twice as we stayed for three weeks. On the email said there was a tablet in the flat with all the info about everything there was NO tablet or anything. After many msgs we found out you needed to always use a big pan to cover the whole hob in order to work if not it would never turn on. First night we didnt have any hot water and as we are a family of 4 we had to have a shower two in the morning and two in the afternoon because if not you had to wait at least one hour between showers. Im talking five minutes showers. Bedroom carpets dirty. Some cutlery stored in drawers were dirty and sticky. The rubbish bin was broken but they provided a new one a week later. Heater in the corridor broken.we stayed from 14th December til 5th January. Light bulb from one of the lamps in the living room not working. Both toilet cleaner broken and very old and rusty Shower door seal broken. Shower structure taped with white tape. We are from the UK but as we moved we come back for Christmas and to be honest having to send hundreds of msgs and emails for everything its very tiring specially on holidays. This is the second time we stayed at Kennet the first one we didnt get our deposit back thats why this time I took pics of all the broken things I mentioned above because even they dont have an idea of the condition of the flats they rent. This time they didnt give the flat we rented, when I mentioned this they said that the one I booked they no longer have it so they gave us this one although the pics were from the old one. So they are still showing on Booking the pics of the flat they no longer have which is nicer and on a higher floor and not on the ground floor.

  : The balcony was out of use and we wasn't told about this.Very disappointed as this is the reason we booked this apartment with the lovely weather
